Offers the convenience of making purchases as well as getting cash from your checking account without writing a check. You can use your card worldwide with Visa® merchants. Your card can also be used at ATM machines worldwide anywhere you see the Visa® logos. Your cash withdrawals are surcharge free at the many Northwoods Bank ATM locations. Not only can you get cash, you can transfer money between your checking and savings account, as well as look-up your balance.

The Northwoods Bank VISA Debit Card:

SAVES YOU MONEY: When you use the Northwoods Bank Card, you don’t have to purchase as many checks, saving you check printing fees.

PROVIDES SECURITY: When you receive your Northwoods Bank VISA Debit Card, you will set up your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). This provides added security against someone making withdrawals without your consent. Included in your monthly Checking Account statement, you will receive a breakdown of the date, location, and amount of every transaction you’ve made.

FRAUD PREVENTION: VISA Online Fraud Manager monitoring will help prevent unauthorized transactions by reviewing your transactions for unusual activity and then promptly contacting you for verification. You may report a lost or stolen card by calling 800-472-3272 option 2.

VISA ZERO LIABILITY: This means that you may be eligible for protection against fraudulent purchases made with your card when you report a card theft promptly.
